Ky. Woman With ‘Too Short’ Dress For Mall Hires Lawyer
College Student Asked To Leave Mall

RICHMOND, Ky. — A 20-year-old Kentucky college student who was kicked out of a shopping mall because her dress was too short has hired an attorney.

Kymberly Clem, 20, attends Eastern Kentucky University and said the incident happened on Sunday when a security guard approached her at Richmond Mall and asked her to leave because of complaints about the shortness of the dress.

“I felt humiliated because not only did he embarrass me by making a scene, but he actually followed me out of the mall as if I stole something,” she told the Richmond Register. “It’s hard for me to understand how I could be disrespected so much.”

Ironically, Clem had bought the dress the day before at the very mall she was kicked out of.

The mall manager was not available for comment Monday.

Clem said her lawyer was looking into legal options.

When I read articles like this I just thank my lucky stars that I’m in this part of the world and don’t have to deal with any of this craziness.

As you can see from the lovely photo of Rita above.  When the weather is warm Russian girls LOVE to wear short dresses and take every opportunity they can to enjoy the limited sunshine they get during the year.

In fact it makes me want to deliver the following message to the American Ladies back in the US.

Attention American Women.

Quit being jealous of other women who eat less and stay in shape and have the ability to proudly show off their beauty, health and natural feminine confidence in themselves.

I know you may have a hard time believing this but this style of summer dress is completely the NORM here.  And yes it’s SEXY and these girls have absolutely no reason to be ashamed of their beautiful bodies whatsoever.

But if you are ashamed then please do something about it and don’t take it out on them.

Now I can only imagine what it would be like to walk around an American Shopping Mall with one of these lovely ladies in tow.

Do any of you Gentlemen or Ladies have an interesting story to tell in relation to this?

In a number of my previous posts I’ve stressed the importance of developing your social network in Russia and the FSU in order to find yourself a True Lady.

Although introduction agencies are not my most recommended option I still understand that many men will still go this route in order to get started.

However I believe there is a much better and safer method to roll into this without encountering any of the numerous scams that unfortunately exists in this realm.

There are literally millions of Russian, Ukrainian and Eastern Europeans already living in the West.  And many of these folks have immigrated recently or still have close ties back with their motherland.

These people are an incredibly rich source of information and possible contacts that you should not ignore.

Do your best to socialize with these people and if an opportunity presents itself during the conversation don’t be afraid to be honest about your intentions towards finding a traditional wife.

If you tell them that you would really appreciate any assistance they can give you in your goal towards creating a happy family they will more than likely feel very proud that you’ve asked them.

If they like you then they will enjoy playing the matchmaker role since many of them have a single lady friend or relative back home that is looking for a serious man to have relations with.

This is the absolute best way to get started because you are initiating your social network in your own country and expanding out from there.

These immigrants can help you establish the all important “beach-head” in their country that you will need to get yourself launched.

Miss Russia 2007 - 20 year old Ksenia Sukhinova

Recently there seems to be a slew of western press articles coming out about Russian Women and its great to see them getting this positive recognition that so many of them deserve.

One of the things I really appreciate about being here is how much beauty contests in Russia and the FSU are meant to promote traditional feminine values and virtues.

Gee what a concept.

Now isn’t that the way its supposed to be?

In any case as I’ve said many times before I believe that Western People and especially Western Women can learn much from these real ladies.

On that note here’s another cool article about why Russian Beauty Contests are so ingrained into their culture.

In a Land of Beauty
Beauty pageants are about more than good looks - they can have a message, too. Stas Shectman and Marina Kamenev report.

The headquarters of Nuclear.ru sit in an uninspiring building near Paveletsky Station. The company is an independent Internet portal providing the latest developments in the field of nuclear energy. But that is not what they are best known for.

Inside the small office sits Yulia Nagayeva, a tall, striking brunette. She is a senior manager for business development at TVEL, a manufacturer of nuclear fuel. She is also Miss Atom, the latest winner of the beauty contest that has been run by Nuclear.ru annually since 2004. Miss Atom is an online contest for girls under the age of 35 who work in the nuclear energy industry.

In addition to the country’s oil and mineral wealth, over the past decade Russia has been busy refining another one of its valuable natural resources: beauty. And while there have been no major international wins for Russia since Oksana Fyodorova won Miss Universe in 2002, the numerous domestic competitions ensure that some of Russia’s most beautiful girls get to bask in the glow of a spotlight.

“I think it’s every girl’s dream to see how they compare to other women,” Nagayeva said. She had entered the contest twice before she won this year and loves the process of it.

Read this story and you will see that the Russian Women in this particular village are pretty courageous given the scale of the alcoholism that is afflicting their men.

Alcoholics in Russia have little to no support in terms of peer support or organizations like AA that can help them recover and become functional again.   So to see a grassroots effort on the part of these women no matter how small is good.

Siberian Women Battle Against Alcoholics

The stereotype of the hard-living, hard-drinking Russian man is common around the world. Alcoholism is a huge problem in the country, killing more than 50,000 Russians a year. But in a Siberian village women have decided to things into their own hands.

Aleksandr Shatalov’s wife worries that if he carries on the way he is, he may not live to see 50.

“Come on sister, I’ve been drinking longer than you have lived. I’ve drunk since I was 5 years old, and I’m 44 now,” Shatalov says.

So, in steps the local Women’s Council. 19-member council say they’re taking on each and every vodka-drinker in the area - and there are almost 1,000 alcoholics on their list.

“We received so many complaints about men drinking heavily. We’ve seen families destroyed by alcohol. So, we created this Council and we’re working with the authorities to take action,” says Maria Khoklova, Head of Women’s Council.

Gentlemen,

The backlash against Feminism has officially begun from within their own ranks.

It started only as a few drops leaking through the dam.

But now it’s starting to look more like a trickle.

The latest evidence to support this comes from self-proclaimed feminist and writer Anna Pasternak.

She has seemingly thrown in the towel on her “in-control” feminist lifestyle after finally realizing that being a lonely, aging, hard and masculine woman really sucks.

She’s writes a detailed article about trying to regain her femininity back.

And you will also notice a very prominent reference to Russian Women there too.

As much as I applaud her cautious article that casts a shadow over Feminism I’m still quite sure that this lady is a little late to the party and is going to have a exceedingly difficult time trying to find her “womanly soul”.

(The great irony here is that “Anna Pasternak” is a very Russian name to start with. )

The odds are against her but I still genuinely wish her luck and all the best.

One more thing..

After you finish reading her article below you might want to take a moment to revisit an earlier post I wrote up on this very same subject.

Fast track to femininity:

Why competing with men has left women out of touch with their feminine side

By Anna Pasternak

Recently, the media has been awash with articles suggesting that career women are to relationships what garlic is to a vampire - the kiss of death.

We’re unable to sustain meaningful unions, apparently, because men are intimidated by our intellect, threatened by our higher earning potential and turned off by our controlling, capable, yet powerful personalities.

While this has been my personal experience - I was left by the father of my daughter (now nearly five) three years ago when I was the higher earner - I think that the issue goes far deeper.

It is more psychological than sociological.

The problem, I believe, is not so much with career women per se, but that women are increasingly out of balance with themselves and, therefore, with men. I know I am.

In the past three years of being single, I have been on a handful of dates.

Two years ago I went to dinner with a doctor who told me that I ‘wasn’t in touch with my femininity’ as I ‘didn’t flirt or wear much make-up’.

His diagnosis also included the undeniable fact that I was in ‘acute need of affection’.

The last straw came four months ago when I had dinner with a successful, high-profile entrepreneur who literally screamed at me that I was ’so in control it was scary’ - although he did backtrack when I dropped my head towards my plate and started sobbing.

As well as being hurt, I was shocked and outraged.

We can learn a lot about ourselves as Men by taking the time to observe other living things in nature.

And one of the deepest discoveries we can make is understanding just how much effort Mother Nature has put into programing much of our self-esteem as Men to be dependent on Women.

(And of course the opposite is equally true)

Young or Old.

Experienced or Not.

There are always different levels of dependencies through all phases of life.

If we take a look at the animal kingdom for example we can see why.

Because in the animal world it’s the male that try’s to attract or approach a female for mating.  And it’s the female that either accepts or rejects his overtures.

Now what that means for us Men is pretty simple and profound…

Because on a genetic level a HUGE part of our self-esteem is naturally dependent on women.

It’s been hard wired that way from the time we were conceived.

And although this trait is what keeps humanity alive and well…

It can also be used to exploit us from more malicious members of the opposite sex.

Now because of this I know there are a number of Men’s Rights groups out there that advocate the complete rejection of this desire.  They often say that Men should somehow eliminate this desire and stop “needing” women.

And let me take a moment to surprise you readers to say that I support their advocacy of this up to a point..

I certainly agree with them when poison is the only thing that’s being offered and it’s a matter of survival to completely reject it.

They say that good photographers always keep a camera close to them at all times.

Well I guess today was one of my “good” days.

I was invited to a wedding this afternoon.

And even though I correctly assumed that there would be a professional photographer and video guy covering this event..

My instincts still told me that I needed to pull out the ol’ Digital SLR and bring it along.

Well I’m sure glad I listened to Mr. Intuition today.

Because along comes a truly exotic young lady named Zarina who had traveled all the way from a remote and isolated little city in Central Kazakhstan to attend this wedding.

And of course as fate would have it.. she was exceedingly pleasant to socialize with even if she was a little on the shy side of the equation.

It turned out that this sublimely beautiful girl is also exceptionally talented and disciplined since she already speaks fluent English..

Oh and get this..

Because Zarina is about a third Asian with her nationality..

She has selected Mandarin Chinese to be ONE of her university majors and has set a goal to be completely fluent in it within 4 years which totally blew my mind.

Oh yeah.. her other major is going to be in Economics.

Can somebody say.. “These women are from a different planet?”

Oh and one more thing..

She’s only 19…….

Gee maybe there’s IS something in the drinking water here.

Soooooooo..

After some more small talk Zarina wanted to know what I did so I told her about my little hobby involving photography and this blog.

As you can probably guess she was genuinely interested because from her perspective I’m sure that bumping into some American guy living out here who does this in his spare time is more then a little unusual.

Naturally I politely asked to take some photos of her..

And after a few seconds of thinking…

She let a shy but lovely little smile slip out..

And softly said yes..

The popular MRA blogger Pete’s Patriarch seems to have taken deep offense with my advice that Men should pay for the bill when they are dating Traditional Russian Women.

It was slightly funny because he actually goes so far as to question my “true gender” and wonders if I’m a “Mangina” or not.

He has some pretty crude but amusing things to say about your truly which you can read here.

In general he wants to imply that any Man like myself who take the initiative to pay for the bill on a date is actually weak and “sucking up” to women.  And on the more outrageous side of things he goes so far as to suggest that this is merely a cheap attempt to “pay for sexual favors”.

Well I think it’s best if we stop the rotation of this sad attempt at spin and set the matter straight.

I’m just going to re-post the comment I made on his post here so all of you can understand what is happening and you make your own call.

Hello Pete,

I’ve been called lots of things in my life but to accuse me of being a “Mangina” is hilarious especially given the pro-men advocacy that both you and I take so seriously..

No worries.. call me what you will.. doesn’t bother me a bit.. My readers might enjoy your little slant on me as well.

In anycase Pete I’d like to say that I believe you are making a very significant mistake by applying your western norms of “equality” to every girl in the world. Especially to the Traditional Girls in Russia or the FSU.

You took pains to take some quotes from some of the more materialistic women that exist in Moscow which is where my source article came from.

Your first mistake is a very common one in thinking that Moscow represents Russia culturally..

Most Russian folks will tell you that “Moscow is not real Russia”. They say this because it’s a huge cosmopolitan city with the largest cost of living in the world.

So any quote taken from some well off “wealthy” Russian Woman there is going to distort the truth behind what I feel the majority of TRADITIONAL Russian and FSU Girls are like..

I’ve been living in Siberia for over the last 4 years Pete so I know what I’m talking about… So I kindly suggest that you listen..

Pete here’s the deal.

And again I’ve seen lots of American and Western Men make this same extremely common error just like you have.

You are probably taking every experience and information that you have about Feminized WESTERN Women and are trying to apply the same “defensive standards” to Traditional Russian or FSU Women..

This is no different from playing with square blocks all of your life and then trying to fit it into a small round hole that you’ve never seen before.

The TRADITIONAL Women that I’m inspired to blog about absolutely DESERVE traditional respect and chivalry from all Men.. ESPECIALLY Men who desire to date them..

I guess congratulations are in order for the Men in the Turkish Mediterranean city of Antalya.

I can probably guess that these men are QUITE happy to be living amongst such a population of Russian Ladies.

Turkish-Russian marriages make new ‘melez’ generation
Saturday, July 12, 2008

Approximately 10,800 Russian women who live in the Turkish Mediterranean city of Antalya are married to Turkish men, and most of these brides are university graduates, professionals and entrepreneurs. Their children make up a new generation of 4,000 Russian-Turkish ‘melez,’ or mixed, kids — many of whom will enter primary school this year

Gülden Aydın
ANTALYA - Hürriyet

Upon arrival in Antalya it is difficult not to notice the number of Russians. Aside from the two-and-a-half million Russian tourists who usually keep to themselves in holiday resorts, about 15,000 Russians, 80 percent of whom are women, are living, working and mingling with locals here. Their blonde, thin, tall children are easy to spot in traffic, parks, bike paths and markets. Representatives of this new generation in Antalya, almost all the kids in this large and diverse group speak both Russian and Turkish.

According to official data, 13,000 Russians live in Antalya, but the actual number is likely closer to 15,000. There are 310 active Russian companies in the city, and Russians are either managers or partners in 225 firms. The number of Russians who own real estate in the area is close to 800.

Russian women who settle in Antalya tend to be young university graduates and entrepreneurs. Contrary to many views in Turkey, these women are not hopeless unqualified immigrants who had no choice but to move to Turkey. The women are attracted to the climate, natural sites and easy travel from Russia. According to Mircalol Husanov, the consul general for Russia in Antalya, Russians are qualified, educated people who contribute to the city’s social and cultural life.

Why Russia’s wealthier women are still reluctant to go Dutch

By Shaun Walker in Moscow
Wednesday, 2 July 2008

Billboards across Moscow advertising a women’s magazine are raising female consciousness by asking Russia’s fairer sex: “Are you ready to pay half to be independent?”

It’s a question with increasing relevance because growing numbers of young Russian women are moving into management positions, earning good salaries and boosting their spending power. But for most, the answer to the question for now is still a resounding “no”.

“When you go out with a guy, even if you’re just friends and there’s no romantic subtext, you would always expect him to pay,” says Svetlana Kolchik, deputy editor of Russia’s Marie Claire, which paid for the adverts. “When I discuss dates with my girlfriends, one of the first questions is ‘Did he pay for you?’ If he did, it’s always a good sign.”

Many Russians say the country’s dating culture is more traditional and romantic than in the West, and a large part of that involves the idea that the man should pay for everything and shower his date with gifts.
