We had our first dose of gorgeous sunshine and clear skies today.
Cool scented breezes..
Chirping birds emerging from their sanctuaries..
And a childlike sense of optimism and wonder as one starts to experience the full onset of Mother Nature in all of her glorious beauty and energy.
Glorious Beauty and Energy indeed..
Mother Nature clearly has her moments..
And I can tell you that encountering these beautiful maiden sisters in the springtime would certainly be one them.
Please extend your warmest welcome to Lena and Luda…

Wow GL, just wow. There is no way words could do them justice. Not even in my dreams could I imagine that such beatutiful women exist.
The first photo is amazing GL. One of the best I’ve seen from you yet.
March 22, 2008 at 2:17 pm
Thank you SunnyInSanDiego,
These photos are great but you just can’t imagine what it was like to meet them for the first time in person.
It was honestly one of the most surreal and incredible experiences I’ve ever had in my life.

however, you cant fool me as ive been coming here too long! 🙂
these two appeared here way back and then mysteriously dissapeared:)
happy easter everyone.

RW you always outdo yourself. Spasiba again times 100. So lovely. Spring will be here soon, maybe, but will be lacking compared to your region. The Midwest is lessened.
😉

What a wonderful way to start off the spring of 2008…….:-) Lovely ladies such as Lena and Luda can make a fellow like me feel like it’s spring year round. Spassiba RW_Man, and likewise to Lena and Luda. It’s also interesting that warmer weather has returned to their area, even though they’re much farther north than where I am on the Gulf Coast. It’s getting hot and humid here already.

My apologies. Welcome ladies. Which is Lena?

March 23, 2008 at 5:09 pm
GL,
Did you airbrush those pictures? Did you spend 10 minutes trying to get them to pose in their perfect feminine grace? 🙂 Their skin is fair, flawless, and beautiful. It simply glows. It is such a contrast from the over fake tan leather hide that we’re used to over here. Hard to believe but even here in San Diego, one of the most perfect climates in the world, tanning salons are all over the place and thriving. Their posture and poses are the peak of feminine grace and beauty. They don’t look forced or fake, they look incredibly comfortable and natural.
Taras,
This may be the first good news about global warming that I’ve ever heard. It means that Siberian summers will be longer and GL will be able to get more photos like this!
March 23, 2008 at 5:27 pm
Hi Sunny..
I’m laughing at your comment about the airbrush 🙂
No.. there wasn’t anything done to these photos except to crop them so that they would fit on this page. You are totally dealing with a WYSIWYG situation here.
Also I didn’t spend anytime getting them to pose.. I just simply tagged along for the ride in silence and followed them with where they wanted to go and with what they wanted to do..
The way Lena and Luda carry themselves in the grass for example is COMPLETELY Natural for them.
If they looked relaxed and at ease..
It’s because THEY ARE RELAXED AND AT EASE. 🙂
And yes the peak of feminine grace and beauty would be a VERY Accurate way to describe these incredible girls.
Also…
If that weren’t enough to blow your mind with..
Lena and Luda are both way too modest and humble about their beauty. Now normally modesty is a great thing but these ladies honestly have no clue as to how truly beautiful they are both in appearance and in soul..
I’m hoping that the feedback that they get here will help to remedy this a bit and bring a very well deserved blush to their beautiful faces.

I have to admit, Lena and Luda are from a Russian fairytale……:-) You also have some real skill with a camera too RW_Man, I know because I was a photographer at one time.

Lovely pics, doc!
The last one is definetly the best.
I metnioned already before – your vision of the femininity is the master behind your camera, my friend! Very gracious and modest… enjoyed it!
March 24, 2008 at 3:11 am
Tara when you mention Russian Fairytale that is exactly how I felt when I first met them.
Thanks for your compliment Taras and Axinia about the photography but honestly when you have a chance to be around incredibly dream like ladies like Lena and Luda the photography feels totally effortless. 🙂

Hey GL,
Another great blog as always, beautiful women here. Thanks btw for refering my last question to your blogs. I am, however, still confused on what to say next after “Do you speak English?”
I have been, however, been finding negative things on Russian women.
I’ve gone through about 30 or so questionnaires, (http://www.waytorussia.net/Features/RussianPeople.html) basically, these people send out the same question to many, many Russian people. It’s very interesting to hear these responses, on a good note most of the women replied very educated responses. On the flip side, though, most of these Russian people, shared a very, very biased and one sided opinion on Americans, and 99% of every questionnaire from a Russian women said they if liked Americans, it would be for pure money.
I intend on going to the fine country you’re in right now early next year, I’m pretty excited. But Russia is a mysterious city and there isn’t a lot of available topics online for study. Thanks GL for helping me out and others like me too.
Take Care and Happy Easter!

Josh,
I would ignore that survey because in my experience it has no bearing on the truth.
If you are a friendly, presentable and cultivated person you will have no problems making friends and experiencing a genuine warmth that may be completely unique to your experience.
You will find this out on your own soon enough and when you come back I’m sure this survey will not have any relevance on what you actually experienced.
Have Fun, GL

Hallo, friends!
I finally made a long-promissed post on Russian Women – please check it out at http://shaktipower.wordpress.com/2008/03/24/what-is-so-special-about-russian-women/
enjoy and feel free to ask you questions 🙂
RW-man – I wonder if you will find something new in there? :))Sometimes I feel you are not even aware of the deepness and quality of your knowledge about Russian soul…

Axinia,
That was a good read. It must have been hard trying to edit that down to that level though. GL here picks a tiny piece of one of those characteristics and is able to easily turn it into a post that is nearly as long.
GL definately notices the details, something that surely shows through in his photography, and in his writing. It is something that I can readily appreciate. I highly doubt anyone would believe that I check this site daily though. 🙂

Most Russians, Ukrainians, I know have a great affinity to nature. Perhaps, that is what it is that makes them so beautiful. If one notices the food that they eat, tendencies are, it is from a natural source; ie produced and farmed w/o use of synthetic chemicals, fertilizers and pesticides as are produced in the west. There is a difference in taste between produce of thw West and that of CIS countries – from milk to cheese to yogurt to fruits, you name it.
In Russia, everything is natural as God has intended. And it is the best.
In the West, technology has interceded excessively, ie growth homones in cows, in chickens, pesticide residue in fruits, vegetables, genetic modified food, breast implants, laser surgeries, and on and on. Everything is denatured. Artifical, fake versus natural and real. This dichotomy has bearings also when it comes to perrsonalities. You’ll find Russians, more genuine, sincere. When they say something, there’s very good chance that they mean what they say. What do you prefer? God’s nature or man’s artifice? If the former then make plans, head East.
With Russian women, are a man’s best chance of finding real love, the natural kind, the kind that God intended. The kind that depends on strong moral values, kindness, genuine care for one another, willingness to stick together through the good times and bad, and NOT the kind that depends on what type of car you drive or the size of home or neighbor you live in. Real versus fake, go East, taste the difference.

Hi Axina,
Just read your post about Russian Women on your blog…
It’s Awesome..
I hope all of you guys check it out.
It’s very balanced in terms of describing how Russia is the focal point for the relationship between east and west and how that materializes itself within Russian Women..
Good Good Stuff..

Manoah,
I can certainly vouch for what you are saying about the “realness” and “freshness” of the food.
I’m convinced that at least 50% of the health problems that we have in the US comes from the industrialized and factory oriented production of the American Food Supply.
When I started living out here I had to adjust myself mentally to the rawness of the food. For example buying vegetables with dirt still caked on them because they just came straight out of the ground..
But once I started to clean and cook like normal I noticed a rapid increase in vitality and health in myself.
The food here is the real deal.. it can be very raw in terms of seeing EXACTLY where it comes from but darn it sure is fresh and healthy..
I honestly feel that if you want to get a new life.. Starting a new diet would be a big part of that.
Then when you are good and ready..
You can find the girl of your dreams.

Manaoh,
That was a very neat perspective. I’ve read that the three main ingrediants in the average americans diet now are corn syrup, refined white flour, and salt, not to mention everything has a list of preservatives in it. Bleh… Most americans aren’t even eating at home anymore, many live for weeks on fast food.
GL,
Are either of these two beauties single?
March 26, 2008 at 12:36 am
Well that all depends upon whether you are eating food coming from a free range / natural farm or whether you are eating food coming from an agribusiness.
The problem in the US now is that nobody wants to be a farmer anymore and thus more and more of the food is coming from the agribusinesses.
But even still, compared to most Western countries the US still has a large number of free-range/natural farms per capita, and of course you have the choice of living out where you can take advantage of that.
March 26, 2008 at 2:13 am
Luke, Sunny,
I’m pleased to say that at least in US, there is an alternative with food supplies – organic purveyors, and farmers who produce wholesome organic milk, and produce. Thank God for places like Whole Foods Market and Wild Oats. The organic food industry is growing and the good side benefit is the environment benefits. Less chemicals going into the ground air and water.
“The problem in the US now is that nobody wants to be a farmer anymore and thus more and more of the food is coming from the agribusinesses.”
Luke, I believe I see the trend of people making better choice and buying organic. And greater number of farmers are going organic. And there is also a co-op industry growing where farmers and consumers get together to form a co-op. Consumers pay ahead to get a share of organic produce. No middle men, which is good because farmers get only cents on the dollar for their hard labour. Both consumer and farmers benefit from this arrangement so if anyone reads this, I would encourage them to seek out a local co-op in their vincinity and give support.
“I’m convinced that at least 50% of the health problems that we have in the US comes from the industrialized and factory oriented production of the American Food Supply.”
GL you are so right. I surmise perhaps, even a greater percentage than 50%. And it is so convenient then for the medical industry to capitalize on when people get sick to treat them of heart disease, diabetes, etc. These diseases are preventable. In Genesis, God placed Adam and Eve in a garden and He said that we may eat of all fruits. To me, this means that to be healthy we should eat fruits and vegetables; the Russian diet.
The interesting parallel is with personal relationships – the organic alternative are the Russian ladies, wholesome, nutritive to the soul and body, good for your mental health and spiritual well being. And when greater number of men make this choice, the great side benefit is cultural.
I was at a restaurant recently, and in the next stall, I could see an American man sitting across from two beautiful ladies; one a translator and the other, his date. They were carrying on getting to know each other with help of translator. This is only music to my ears.
The flood gates are open; keep them coming guys!

I agree about the food quality. Here I go again about conspiracies. Would it cause any to wonder that the companies that make crop fertilizers, herbacides, pesticides, and insecticides are the same companies that make the ‘medicines’ the we seem to need?? These companies might not go by the same name, but they are owned by the same people. Hegelian Thesis/Antithesis.
They create the problem, and then give us a defined solution.
I grew up on an organic farm. As well, my father worked with the research council, and because of that, he and I know many things about the food industry.
The coops are a good idea, but it is not new. It was how food was distributed in the earlier days. In some parts of Canada, it was done like that till the 1970s.
We’re trying to work on starting something like that again.
Another thing about food. Meat is good for you. Contrary to what the government, health food gurus, and others try to tell you, you need proteins out of meat to help with higher brain function. When a cult tries to brainwash new recruits, they first deprive the recruit of meat before indoctrination.
For those that say that everything that the body needs can be found in fruits, vegetables, and grains, I have this to say: You are right, everything is there, but it is not all in usable form in the human body. Take a step back, and take a hard look at a life long vegan. They look unhealthy. That’s because everything is not useable. Animal cuuelty is not an issue. A human dying of old age will die more painfully(even with pain killers) than an animal in a slaughterhouse floor.
My 2 bits on food.
As for relationships, that’s for another post……..
March 26, 2008 at 6:45 pm
“They create the problem, and then give us a defined solution.”
But the proposed solution is not in truth a fixed solution. Pharmaceuticals generate medicines that control the symptoms. The source of the problem is hardly directly dealt with; thereby never really solving the cause of the ailment. The cause remains, the symptoms remain, and the result of which is the patient has to be on a maintenance of repeated purchase of medicines. The desired results for them is continuous purchase and cash flow. Capitalism has its good sides, there certainly can be a dark side to it. Let us not be so naive.
I agree meat protein is also required; but recommend fish to be more nutritive for the body.
If one practices good health and habits, then one would already be in a good standing wih girls like Masha. Notice how Mascha looks for a man who does not drink.
-M
March 26, 2008 at 7:01 pm
I do not drink but have seen all my life how peer pressure makes most everyone gullible in such a way that they end up drinking. Perhaps it is also what they mean when they say a strong man, one who can stand his own ground without being pressured into doing things he does not want or things he does not belive in. The fact that I dont drink has helped me see from the outside how it works, again for me its a choice, for many its not.
T.
March 26, 2008 at 7:21 pm
Manoah,
I dont’ disagree with you. But many of the problems that people have are caused by the chemicals in the foods they eat. You’re right. Medicines are only there to relieve the problem, not cure it, and often times those medications have a side effect that needs another pill to control, and the one to control the last side effect has another side effect needing another pill, and so down the line it goes.
Health only gets worse when we add in the preservatives used in fast foods as well as junk foods. These perservatives, although never being tested for such to my knowledge, seem to have a side effect of being addictive.
Now, I have a question. When Mascha says tht she doesn’t want a man who drinks, does that mean he can’t have a glass of wine with a fancy meal once in a while?? Very rarely do I do that, but it is mentioned in the Bible that it’s good to have a bit of wine with a meal. Just a thought.
March 26, 2008 at 9:28 pm
For those with questions regarding drinking… Look at GL’s comment about what Mascha really means about not wanting a man who drinks…
“When Mascha talks about not wanting a man who drinks she is not referring to the guy who has an occasional beer. Because that is considered to be nothing here.
What she is referring to is the hard core vodka swilling alcoholics that are unfortunately everywhere in this society.
In Russia if you say that a man drinks it usually means that he can consume just under a half liter of straight vodka in one sitting.
At that point he either passes out..
Or goes insane..
Neither of which is fun to see I assure you.
Especially for a nice, young and proper girl like Mascha.
I have personally seen guys go into full on alcoholic seizures in public dining places and there is always a bottle of vodka sitting on their table.
If you’ve ever seen the movie “Leaving Las Vegas” you will know exactly what I’m talking about.
What’s even more shocking is that when this happens everyone just basically ignores the guy as if it were a normal thing.”
Just a glass or two glasses of red wine is just no big deal. I love red wine, but I just drink them in moderation. I like to have a nice good romance over a fine meal and red wine like giving a toast speech to her…
March 27, 2008 at 3:56 am
Heh, funny how a talk about “natural beauties” became a talk about natural foods and natural things in general. Russia certainly does seem more “natural” from that perspective, and these two natural beauties exemplify that.
March 27, 2008 at 5:17 am
I agree BK…
Drinking beer here is nothing. I see people, male and female, even at 7 or 8 am, walking down the street, drinking beer.
When Russians talk about “drinking”, they mean Wodka… Also, there is an especially insideous type of “homemade vodka” .. what we call “moonshine” that the really hard core drunks use…. it is nothing to see men and sometimes women, passed out on the sidewalk… As you said… not a pretty sight.
March 27, 2008 at 5:29 am
GL… what’s the deal on those pics… is it that green where you are already?
Beautiful girls, though…
March 27, 2008 at 7:53 am
Wolverine,
I believe the best approach is preventive health. And best to educate ourselves as to which food is good and which is bad for health. Between beer and wine, wine would make the better choice. It is understood that wine (esp. red) contains polyphenols that can help in preventing atherosclerosis or hardening of the arteries with plague.
There are many good books published recently on the subject of nutrition and its effects on health.
There is alot of truth to the saying of we are what we eat. These beauties are beautiful for good measure due to high content of fibers (from vegies and fruits) in their diet. The fibers help in cleansing internal bowels and regularity; thus their countenance becomes clear and bright. Look at their eyes, it is like glass. Beautiful.
Try this, begin and end your days with fruits like apple for several days; see if there is any difference.

That “moonshine” people drink in Russia and here in the U.S. too often contains methanol, which is wood alcohol. It will induce drunken stupors, but it also induces blindness, insanity, and death. It’s a vicious poison with no known antidote. I’ve heard about people using things such as brake fluid and alcohol used in cooling systems to make moonshine in Russia, with disastrous results.
March 29, 2008 at 7:24 pm
Your assumptions on the types of diet these ladies have are more or less on target. They eat very small cooked meals and they do It very slowly.
So yes it doesn’t surprise me that you see 2 very healthy and beautiful girls here at least partially because of that. GL

One more thing..
This previous article I wrote very much applies to our lovely twins above.

It truly is amazing how healthy they look. It’s not just one or two things but the entire scope of them. You can tell they take pride in their own appearance and want to look their best.
GL,
I remember reading your post about the eating habits of these ladies and think about what it would be like to experience. They are probably only on their third bite when most Americans would be done already.
Posting on this blog has been quite a pleasurable experience for me. It’s been so long since I’ve been able to use words like thin, graceful, feminine, and beautiful to describe a woman.

i’ve traveled many places in the world, no doubt eastern bloc women are amazing, but now i’m ready to settle down, meet a woman i can spend the rest of my life with, is it possible? i’ve been to the baltics, ukraine, belarus, but never russia, and i’m ready. while in crimea, i met many women from siberia, that is where i’m set to go, just need that little push, don’t want to put this off any longer. siberia is huge, where do i start, can anyone give me a nudge!!
August 18, 2008 at 12:43 am
One week from now I’ll be standing in Siberia 🙂 One needs a bit more than a nudge to get there though as I’ve found out. First things first, if your planning a trip get your passport now, they are good for 10 years and can take some work to get.

Well I have been here in Siberia for three days now and am recovering from the 14 hour time difference and initial culture shock. It’s truly been an amazing experience to be over here and see the differences and similiarities in our cultures. I would be absolutely lost without my interpreter or someone to help get me around. I will give updates as I can and hopefully I will accomplish what I came here for 🙂
