   Hi David,

   That type of woman you are looking for is what the locals just commonly call a “good girl”. And we have many “good girls” here and they are less apt to voluntarily put themselves on some website out of pride. Again i’m not saying that all girls on those sites are “bad” it’s just that I’m aware of the common perceptions and attitudes here about them.

   Where exactly, the city, did you take these photos?

   I’d like to ask another question about the difference between doing a “walk about” / living, meeting and greeting Versus using the Internet as the primary search engine in finding a Russian girl.

   Most people understand that when a man is good on his feet, in person, that a walk about is always a good way to make the love and happiness happen.

   About 7 years ago I discovered Russian women on the Net. I was wowwed. However, I didn’t aggressively pursue the idea. Anyway, I began to use the Net about 2 years ago. And more and more, I’ve noticed that the bottom has dropped out of the Net, compared to several years ago–regarding the type of girl who is predominantly now using the Net.

   So, I’d like to ask another question. What is the true perception of Russia’s finest women regarding Western men who search on the Net? Same man in person can get a whole nuther response. This is my assumption. I’ll learn directly when soon I arrive. It seems to me that the media reports about Western Net men has changed perceptions dramatically and the very fine Russian women who use the Net are using it to find Russian men and not so much Western men. I noticed that there is a difference between the posters on English sites versus Russian language sites.

   I can find dates here without a problem. But I’m not interested in the nightmare of these women as life mates. Family law here is the hangout of ultra-Feminazism and generally destroys many good men.

    What’s not to “get”?

    That being said, I would add the caveat, “Know if she’s a good girl.” For God’s sake don’t hold the opinion that there are no nightmares to be found in Russian women. Some of their lives can only be described as nightmarish. And that kind of life doesn’t create a lot of the milk of human kindness.

    Do I have to describe a few nightmare scenario’s to put things in perspective?

    Just be extremely, extremely careful. Or you could be taking on the problems that none of the locals will. Yes, even such girls deserve to be loved. Just know what you’re getting into when she has some of her nightmare to transfer onto you.

    OR, she may even be exceptionally wonderful in many ways. Much more wonderful than the Feminazi cult members here in the West. But “she” may not be “your” wonderful girl.

    Overall, my personal opinion is that there is nothing like the real thing—the seeing in everyday life, up close and personal in the Motherland. And they don’t call it the “Mother”land for nothing.

    Don’t be naive. Don’t be too idealistic. Don’t leap before you listen, like a lovestruck fool.

    But yes, a tiny squeak of uncalled for excitement when you get off the plane is a good idea no matter how it begins.

    So very happy to see that the malaise of the Cult of Feminazi is so pervasive in our Western societies. This way, even the skeptical can begin to see the light when they hear about the “pain” from so many different sources.

    The pain of the Cult of Feminazi is not a horrible rumour. It will make your life a living hell, a nightmare of nightmares.

    Thank God there is a Russia. Thank God.

    I am so looking forward to my new life there.

    privet guys! this is a very interesting site, espesially i enjoyed your comments here. i’m from russia so i didn’t see anything unexpected on the site but i have to notice – these women are ordinanary or just pretty women but they’re not very beautiful. The most beautifull women I saw on Volga river in Saratov, Samara, Volgograd cities, almost all girls there look like real angels but very often they behave like bitches. Moscow girls are pretty good too but they also often have bad tempers. i came from the Urals and women here have more patience.
    anyway, the pics on the site are pics of ordinary russian women, they are not ‘plane janes’ though but i guess 2/3 of women here look like them.

    You are lucky as a Russian Man in that you have grown up in this environment so you may find it strange that so much attention is give to Russian Girls on this blog.

    One of the main messages that I have shared with many Russian Men like yourself is to make sure you totally appreciate the women that you have and to cherish them. In my eyes and in the eyes of many others they are the best in the world. I hope you understand this.

    Alex has a point. I was born in Lviv (Ukraine), but pretty much grew up in North America. I guess I am used to all the feminist garbage. I went to Ukraine for the first time in 15 years and was floored. The quality and quantity of the Ukrainian/Russian women was staggering. Again, the ladies that you see on this site are quite ordinary. Wait till you get your butt over there. It’s unreal. The women there are screaming for men!!!

    Orest, I agree about Moscow women, true story. adding cities like Odessa, Zaporzhia, Sochi, my first love was from Lviv and had the deepest blue eyes, most gorgeous smooth tan skin and angelic face. Waking up in the morning and seeing her face made me think I arrived in heaven. Sadly she didnt tell me the truth that she was still married, so that caused a great deal of pain for all parties. Pure honesty is hard to find all over the world.

    I have just been reading through the posts about Russian women and I must admit for me it has been more of a nightmare.
    I met my wife from Izhevsk in 2003 the first few months were great but the moment I got here a job she changed and over the last few years I have tried so very hard to make our marriage work only to be treated worse than a dog.
    she has no interest in our marriage or the home and has for cleaning and cooking she will not even try. she is happy to sleep in the same bed sheets week after week and has no interest in my family and only her 25 year old son who lives in Russia and also her Russian friends here in the UK and Russia. her temper is very bad and she always wants her own way and to be the center of attraction.
    My wife only seems to be interested in now getting her British passport and Nationality
    she spends many hours on the internet and on the phone to her Russian friends.
    I could write much much more .
    frankly it is like living with an immature child who is in fact a doctor in her own country.
    she wants my British passport until she gets hers.
    there you have it.

    In a recent Russian survey conducted by NTV asking Russian women on “what makes a great husband”, the #1 answer is he will bring home and what makes the women a wife, most answered “giving my husband great sex”, well… how about love and affection?

    Mikhail Gorbachov was on the plane (the most famous person I have seen to date, but Elle McPherson was definitely more pleasing on the eye! 😉

    Anyway after walking around the city in Sydney today, it must be said, Russian women are more beautiful – and more plentiful.

    Generalizations always yield disappointment.

    Just because American women don’t idolize a man who expects to be worshipped for his ability to garner a paycheck doesn’t mean they aren’t good women. It just means they have actual interests in life. But I wouldn’t expect men raised in American culture to value a 25 year old woman with dreams, integrity and personality over a 20 year old Russian girl who was raised to see men as an opportunity.

    They just want those dollars, hun.

       Being born and raised in America I know what the dreams and ‘interests’ of modern American women are. (How short of a time must I stay married in order to get the house and full alimony?)
       I guess my only question would be; where are the 25 year old American women with ‘integrity and personality’? For that matter, where are the NA women with either integrity OR personality?
       The majority of NA women under the age of 50 couldn’t properly define integrity if their $200 Nordstom pumps depended on it.
       It really isn’t a matter of whether or not a ‘man raised in American culture’ would value such a woman. It is whether or not there are such women in NA any more.

That said, I personally see much more of the gold digging among American women than the ones who just want a man for who he is as well as a responsible husband and father. That said, I would be careful about being scammed no matter where the lady comes from, but marriage is America is one big scam for the most part.     One of the first rules in spotting a hypocrite is listening carefully to what they accuse you of doing and then realize that they are actually pointing out their own character flaw.

    You opened up by accusing Men of “Generalizing” Women.

    Then you manage to stick a foot in your mouth and “Generalize” American and Russian Women in the following way.

       Great thought, Fritz. I also wonder about the moms of these beauties. While I may have a wild fantasy about such young and charming girls falling for a middle aged man like myself, reality seems to have a better hold on my attention. A 20 year old girl could easily have a mother between 40 and 50 which is still well within my age range and clearly a more appropriate opportunity.
       However, I have a feeling that the parents of any of these young ladies with better than average character have probably grown up in stable homes with parents who have made marriage work despite hardships and strife.
       I sure am interested in knowing, like you, what the 30 and up population looks like in the FSU. And while I have a great respect for what GL has done to show the beautiful and youthful side of this culture, my thoughts often paralell your sentiment.

          I have been perusing “dating” sites for FSU girls for almost two years. You might like to know that two of GL’s sweet young things are widows or divorcees, with a child or children. The photos were unmistakable. I will not embarrass r_w man or the young ladies by naming them. But motherhood is attractive to most men. (As differentiated from superannuated little boys.)

          I have to think that every time that I see beautiful, young women from any part of the world that they could also be among the ranks of widow or divorcee. In NA we generally assume the latter, but in much of the world younger men die and more frequently, which leaves younger women (some with small children) as widows.
          While I have no automatic aversion to women in either of those categories, most of them do not ‘promote’ the fact, which I fully understand. They don’t have to wear it like a badge, as long as they also don’t spend extra effort trying to hide it.
          I have two ex-wives so there wouldn’t be much I could say to condemn someone else who has had a failed marriage in their past, no matter what their age. I can show personal experience on how easy it is to have a spouse leave even when you, yourself are totally committed to staying together.
          Like you, I have also spent a lot of time searching the possibilities off shore. There are many countries where we stable and secure men look more appealing than the ‘local boys’ these women are used to. However, if we fail to stand out after meeting them, then we have done a disservice to everyone who shares our desire. We have a responsibility to be above and beyond when it comes to honesty and chivalry when trying to meet and court these foreign ladies. That responsibility only increases should we be fortunate enough to actually make a serious connection with one of them.
          As far as motherhood being attractive, well I’m one of those men, too. I think moms are some of the most amazing people on Earth. And at some point in most people’s lives they realize that a part of our purpose is to continue the species. Plus, it’s just a hell of a great thing being a parent.
          I don’t think r_w man or any of the young ladies here should be embarrassed about any past relationships, as long as they were normal, healthy and legal. We all have had our miscues somewhere along the line. The only real problem is if we failed to learn anything from them.

    I fear we are talking past each other a little. My jab was squarely aimed at r_w man who seems to demonstrate an unhealthy aversion to FSU women aged above their mid 30’s !!!     We are on the same page as far as wanting to see a more diverse age range, but I am not the one who began this site so it is not my place to be overly critical or try to change it. Rather than condemning r_w man for not showing more women older than about 20 or 25, I would much prefer finding someone in that region of the world who could be completely objective in presenting single ladies who are a bit older than the ones seen here. If r_w man’s area of interest is different from yours or mine then the burden is on us to search out or create another venue for fulfilling our desires. I appreciate the fact that GL exists merely because it points to a critical, philosophical difference between relationship maturities in NA women verses FSU women. That is the underlying message of GL as I understand it and I support bringing this awareness to as many young NA men as possible before they toss their emotional lives into the never ending vortex of marriage and divorce for profit in the US and Canada.
    As far as abandoning widows and orphans, I’d have to say that my perception is more that r_w man has focused his interests and his camera on a particular segment of Russian society and he has done a pretty darn good job of bringing that segment to light. I would love to see more activity on the site including more photos, more often and more commentary by the girls themselves. Also, in my opinion, if there were more of an age range there might be more of a following and the site might eventually become a place where people could meet and begin communicating with each other in a very casual and open environment.
    When it comes to “dating” sites, wherever they originate, they all basically suck wind. When my wife first left my daughter and me, I was told by someone that they saw her profile on an adult hook up web site. Even though she had left us to continue sleeping with her drug connection, she was advertising for things she never agreed to at home. Some time after looking at how many sites she had posted on, the realization of how many similar sites there were mixed with my desire to gain a better understanding of the online dating craze, I began posting ads and tracking my results. Prior to that I had a pretty low expectation for relationships in NA simply because I had put my life into two marriages which both failed. After seeing the level to which NA women would go to lie and deceive their way into a man’s life either to gain financially or simply to get laid, my expectations hit a new low. After about five years of unscientific scrutiny, the only difference I found between domestic and off shore dating sites was the much higher percentage of blatant fraudulent ads and scams on the foreign sites. Other than that, all of the matchmaking, dating, hook up and social meeting sites are essentially identical. You pay for the opportunity to be deceived in general and possibly ripped off to boot.
    What GL does is simply show us that there are beautiful, young ladies in another part of the world who have a more traditional outlook on relationships and marriage. This is a tiny slice of a specific part of the world and does not represent any practical stronghold for safe and secure relationships. There are stunningly beautiful women of any age, on every continent, from every conceivable background and demographic you could imagine, and many of them still believe in traditional, Judeo-Christian family values.
    The fact that NA men tend to live longer and are often able to provide better lifestyles than their counterparts in other regions can sometimes make us more appealing to foreign women. Some of those women will do whatever it takes to put themselves in a position to take advantage of those statistics and give themselves a better chance to have a strong and loving family. The vast majority of us will not be the recipients of that scenario and the vast majority of the women there will not make it out of their particular circumstances despite their desire to do so. That’s just life. The two clear advantages we have in seeking a serious life partner from overseas are; 1) age differences (within reason) are less of an issue in many other countries, and 2) the percentage of potential mates who share our basic values are higher in other countries because they have not yet fully succumbed to the disgraceful, conspicuous over consumption which we see everyday in NA.
    I once told a very good friend that instead of throwing stones, they should mix some mortar and build a bridge.

    It has been informative to read your comment and it is staggering that there are men out there who fall for such scams. However i find it incredible to think that the perpetrators think these scams, weak as they are continue to persue such an activity. The internet, wonderful as it is, does make the hidden world of the former soviet union more accessible like never before and starnge as it may be these scammers have sowed a seed for me to such an extent i subscribed to a genuine dating website and the response to my ad has been good so far. I have to admit there is one girl who has me hooked and try and try as i might i get a nice response from her but limited though i can say for definite she has not refused my intrest. I do also find it difficult to comprehend that this girl a stunner to me and if you would have seen her im sure you would agree, wants to look abroad for a potential partner.I am under no illusion that she will have so much intrest so much so that she can affford to be very selective. The effort must always precede the reward which i totally understand but here i have a situation where i need the oppurtunity to put the effort in if given the chance. For those who can help is there something here i do not understand regardless of the culture differnces.

I wrote about the scam which seemed meaningless well she is back and she still wants to see me which i rhink is teriffic.Now my name is not clouseau though they might think i am of that ilk but now i am reciprocating to see how far she will go. She has asked my advice and i have given it and its simple. I visit here or she visits me by borrowing the funds from her relatives and then after her stay here in blighty i can refund her cost.Does the average ukraninian be able to apply for a loanand since i dont know how life is in the Ukraine i feel sure i will be furnished by the more knowledgeable out there. I will keep you all posted oh and by the way these emails from these pretty women are not stopping provided they look like they claim in the pictures thay send me
